5E character sheet stores Dungeons and Dragons fifth edition stats: abilities, modifiers, skills, attacks, spells, hit points, and proficiency. Players update levels, equipment, features, and death saves during sessions. It calculates armor class, save DCs, and carry weight so combat numbers stay current without erasing paper forms mid combat round.
