Initiative tracker orders combatants by rolled initiative, hit points, conditions, and turn status during tabletop battles. Game masters add monsters, players, summons, and delayed actions, then advance rounds automatically. It tracks concentration, legendary actions, death saves, and lair ticks so no creature skips a turn mid-encounter or surprise round start.
